Just about any conveyancer can figure out how to buy and sell property. But there is genius in creating clients for life.

Many solicitors will offer you a ‘stress free’ transaction. Well, this is easy to promise. We do not make such promises - instead, we take the time to find out from our own clients what THEY like us to do in order to reduce their stress level's during their property transactions. We listened and implemented immediately.
So here is what our clients told us was important to them and how we implemented their ideas.

COMMUNICATION:
Our client's can now log on to their personal accounts to find get an up to date update of their transaction in real time. We send SMS Text Messages with updates (very popular). We speak to the estate agents regularly, even if nothing happens so that they can relay on them for information. The estate agents can also create an account with us and be kept up to date in real time. You call and speak to us. No operators, no queues, no automated responses and no unreturned calls. Just real people, lawyers and conveyancers who are happy to speak to their clients (as they should).

SAUSAGE FACTORY:
No sausages and no factories. Just real people.

SPEED:
You dictate the speed not us. Unless you instruct us otherwise, we move as fast as humanly possible and do our best to encourage the other parties to do the same. Letters are a thing of the past due to uncertainty of the postal service and the time it takes for the post to get to its destination. We do as much as possible through email and fax. We consider Draft Contracts in a day and encourage the other parties to approvem them also on the same day (pending complexity of couse).

COSTS
Competitive and fair and all the above is included in the price!!!. No ‘online calculators’ to calculate your bill which very rarely reflects what you should pay and not the lowest prices either. Just fair, competitive and transparent.

HIDDEN COSTS:
The real hidden cost to you when you use solicitors to buy or sell property is the cost of the transaction if it falls through. We keep this in mind at all times and have designed our system to be quick and efficient with the purpose of minimising the risk of the transaction falling through.

ENJOY BOTH WORLDS:
Hey, why not enjoy old fashion style client/solicitor relationship, coupled with the use and development of leading edge technology? It does not have to be “either” “or”!

Take the opportunity to see this for yourself. Call us for information specific to your property and we can (quickly) take it from there.

Our telephone number is 020 8252 7373, but if you read this page late at night or during the weekend and still don’t want to lose out on being introduced to solicitors you will not want to leave for life, leave us your email and telephone number on the ‘call me back’ box on the left hand side of this page, and we will call you back at a time that is best for you. We doubt you will want to look any further.
